Terms of Service
Preview status
Meterflow is in active development. Features, pricing, and infrastructure may change. We may interrupt service for maintenance with as much notice as practical.
Acceptable use
You may use Meterflow to meter, price, and audit paid API access. You may not:
- Use the gateway to launder funds, finance sanctioned activity, or violate applicable law.
- Resell metered keys to circumvent budget caps you do not own.
- Probe, scan, or attack the gateway or settlement infrastructure.
- Distribute keys that pass through Meterflow to scrape protected upstream APIs in violation of those upstream terms.
Wallet responsibility
You control your wallet and your private keys. Meterflow never custodies funds. Loss, theft, or compromise of your wallet is your responsibility.
Settlement
Paid requests settle in USDC on Solana. Settlement is final once confirmed on-chain. Refunds are not automated; contact support for disputes.
Service level
During preview, Meterflow is offered without an SLA. We aim for high availability and will publish operational status as the dashboard matures.
Termination
You may revoke any metered key at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend keys or wallets that violate these terms.
Changes
These terms can change. Material changes will be announced on the roadmap or the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
